Michael S. Berman is founder and President of First Range Management Company. He has been actively involved in all phases of real estate since 1978, including new development, acquisition, brokerage, syndication, management, and investment. While he has been successful as a large portfolio landlord in Boulder County, his focus has always been the Residents and Tenants of his properties and providing them with a personal touch.
